Delivery & Installation Info
Welcome to Brothers Furniture & Electronics! We are committed to delivering your favorite furniture and electronics to your doorstep safely and on time. Since we deal with heavy and bulky items, our delivery process is structured to ensure maximum safety.
1. Delivery Coverage & Methods
Local Delivery: For customers near our 5 branches (Joina Bazar , Masterbari , Mawna , Gazipur, and surrounding areas), we deliver using our own dedicated transport (Pick-up vans/Trucks).
Nationwide Delivery: For electronic items and standard furniture, we offer nationwide delivery through reputed courier services (e.g., RedX, SA Paribahan, Sundarban Courier) or hired trucks.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
In-Stock Electronics & Furniture: Delivered within 2 to 5 working days depending on your location.
Custom CNC & Made-to-Order Furniture: Since custom items require manufacturing from scratch, delivery takes between 10 to 20 working days, depending on the design's complexity and order volume.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not fixed; they depend on the delivery location, the size/weight of the product, and the type of vehicle required.
The exact delivery fee will be calculated and informed during the order confirmation process.
4. Floor Lifting & Handling Charges (Important)
Our standard delivery charge only covers transportation up to the ground floor/main gate of your building.
If you require the delivery team to carry heavy furniture or electronics (like Refrigerators) to upper floors without an adequate elevator/lift, additional labor/lifting charges will apply. This must be discussed and agreed upon before delivery.
5. Installation & Assembly
Furniture: For large furniture pieces (like Beds, Wardrobes) delivered by our own transport, our expert carpenters will assemble and set them up at your home free of charge (for local deliveries).
Electronics: Installation for Air Conditioners (ACs), Wall-mount TVs, etc., is provided by the respective brand's technical team. Installation charges and materials (e.g., AC copper pipes, angles) may cost extra as per the brand's policy.
6. Receiving the Delivery Please inspect all items carefully in front of the delivery personnel. Any claims for physical damage or missing parts will not be entertained after the delivery team has left your premises.

ব্রাদার্স ফার্নিচার অ্যান্ড ইলেকট্রনিক্স-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম! আপনার শখের ফার্নিচার এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্য নিরাপদে আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দিতে আমরা বদ্ধপরিকর। ভারী এবং সংবেদনশীল পণ্য হওয়ায় আমাদের ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়ায় কিছু নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম রয়েছে:
১. ডেলিভারি এরিয়া এবং মাধ্যম
লোকাল ডেলিভারি: আমাদের ৫টি শাখার (যেমন: জৈনা বাজার, মাস্টারবাড়ী,মাওনা, গাজীপুর এবং এর আশেপাশের এলাকা) নিকটবর্তী কাস্টমারদের জন্য আমরা নিজস্ব পিক-আপ ভ্যান বা ট্রাকের মাধ্যমে সরাসরি পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে থাকি।
সারাদেশে ডেলিভারি: ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্য এবং নির্দিষ্ট কিছু ফার্নিচারের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা স্বনামধন্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস (যেমন: এসএ পরিবহন, সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার) অথবা ভাড়াকৃত ট্রাকের মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে ডেলিভারি দিই।
২. ডেলিভারির সম্ভাব্য সময়
রেডি স্টক পণ্য (ইলেকট্রনিক্স এবং ফার্নিচার): আপনার লোকেশনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে ২ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
কাস্টম ও সিএনসি (CNC) ফার্নিচার: যেহেতু কাস্টমাইজড ফার্নিচার অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর নিজস্ব কারখানায় নতুন করে তৈরি করা হয়, তাই ডিজাইনের ধরন অনুযায়ী এটি ডেলিভারি করতে ১০ থেকে ২০ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ
আমাদের পণ্যের সাইজ এবং ওজনের ভিন্নতার কারণে ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্দিষ্ট নয়। ডেলিভারি লোকেশন এবং গাড়ির ভাড়ার ওপর ভিত্তি করে চার্জ নির্ধারণ করা হয়।
অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জ আলোচনা করে চূড়ান্ত করা হবে।
৪. ফ্লোর লিফটিং বা লেবার চার্জ (অত্যন্ত জরুরি)
আমাদের সাধারণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ শুধুমাত্র আপনার ভবনের নিচতলা বা মেইন গেট পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য।
লিফট ছাড়া সিঁড়ি দিয়ে ভারী ফার্নিচার বা বড় ফ্রিজ ওপরের তলায় ওঠাতে হলে অতিরিক্ত লেবার/কুলি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। ডেলিভারি যাওয়ার আগেই এই বিষয়টি আমাদের সাথে আলোচনা করে নিতে হবে।
৫. ফিটিং এবং ইন্সটলেশন
ফার্নিচার: আমাদের নিজস্ব ট্রান্সপোর্টে ডেলিভারি হওয়া বড় ফার্নিচারের (যেমন: খাট, আলমারি) ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের দক্ষ কারিগররা আপনার বাসায় গিয়ে বিনামূল্যে তা ফিটিং বা অ্যাসেম্বল করে দেবেন (লোকাল ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে)।
ইলেকট্রনিক্স: এসি (AC) বা ওয়াল-মাউন্ট টিভি ইন্সটলেশনের কাজ নির্দিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের টেকনিশিয়ানদের দ্বারা করানো হয়। ব্র্যান্ডের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ইন্সটলেশন চার্জ এবং আনুষঙ্গিক ম্যাটেরিয়াল (যেমন: এসির এঙ্গেল, পাইপ) বাবদ অতিরিক্ত খরচ হতে পারে।
৬. পণ্য রিসিভ করার নিয়ম পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে ভালোভাবে চেক করে নেবেন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর ভাঙা, স্ক্র্যাচ বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজের কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
