1. Products and Pricing
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and dimensions of our furniture and electronic products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
2. Order and Payment
Placing an order does not guarantee immediate confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to low stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad), and Credit/Debit Cards. For certain large furniture or high-value electronics, a partial advance payment may be required.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest).
Important: Customers must inspect the furniture for any scratches/damages and check the physical condition of electronic items in front of the delivery personnel. Any claims regarding physical damage will not be accepted once the delivery team leaves the premises.
4. Warranty and Servicing
Electronics: All electronic items are covered by their respective manufacturer's official warranty. Customers must preserve the original invoice and warranty card to claim any services.
Furniture: Warranty for furniture items (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, is not covered.
5. User Conduct You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability.

মূল্য নির্ধারণ: যেকোনো পণ্যের দাম পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমরা রাখি।
২. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট (Order & Payment)
ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করলেই তা চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে না। স্টক না থাকলে, দামের কোনো টেকনিক্যাল ভুল থাকলে বা অন্য কোনো যৌক্তিক কারণে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, নগদ) এবং কার্ড পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি। তবে বড় ফার্নিচার বা দামি ইলেকট্রনিক্স আইটেমের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডারের সময় আংশিক অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
৩. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি (Shipping & Delivery)
আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। তবে আবহাওয়া বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারিতে কিছুটা বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
জরুরি সতর্কতা: ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় আপনার ফার্নিচারে কোনো স্ক্র্যাচ (দাগ) বা ক্ষতি আছে কি না এবং ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্যটি শারীরিকভাবে ঠিক আছে কি না, তা ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর ভাঙা বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ সংক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
৪. ওয়ারেন্টি এবং সার্ভিসিং (Warranty & Servicing)
ইলেকট্রনিক্স: আমাদের সকল ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্যে কোম্পানির অফিসিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে। ওয়ারেন্টি বা সার্ভিসিং ক্লেইম করার জন্য অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল ইনভয়েস (মেমো) এবং ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড সাথে রাখতে হবে।
ফার্নিচার: ফার্নিচারের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি (যদি থাকে) শুধু মাত্র ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটির জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে। ভুল ব্যবহার বা স্বাভাবিক ঘর্ষণে নষ্ট হলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত হবে না।
৫. ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার (User Conduct) আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটটি কেবল আইনি উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো ক্ষতি সাধন করা বা ফেক (Fake) অর্ডার করা থেকে বিরত থাকার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।
